Download Shipping Policy
Every item sold on the Worship Jazz website is downloadable only. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to download the ordered files onto their computer system. No product items are shipped, thereby saving shipping cost for the purchaser. In the event of ordering difficulties on the part of the purchaser, Worship Jazz may be contacted and pdf files of the appropriate item(s) will be emailed to the purchaser.
Return and Refund Policy
Since all product items purchased are downloaded directly to the computer system of the purchaser there is no provision for returns. If the purchaser is unhappy with the product received Worship Jazz will gladly refund the original purchase price. Please contact Worship Jazz to make personal arrangements for a refund.
